There are essentially two steps to start the program:

Understanding and management of the Licensee/Vendor compliance program is as important as monitoring the Supply Chain. Sumerra will help the Licensee/Vendor understand compliance programs, and how to manage their programs to meet the expectations of interested stakeholders. Initial consulting is as follows:
- Licensee/Vendor provides Sumerra the questionnaire response to provide understanding.
- After review, Sumerra schedules a phone call with the Licensee/Vendor to discuss their compliance program. Consulting will begin at this time (60-90 minutes).
